MRT Songshan–Xindian Line
- Taipower Building Station Exit 2, about a 10-minute walk.
- Gongguan Station Exit 3, about an 11-minute walk.
It gets crowded before and after games, so public transportation is the easiest way to go.
Bus
These routes all stop near the arena. Just check a map for the nearest stop before you head out.
Driving & Parking
- National Freeway 1: take the Jianguo Elevated Expressway to Xinhai Rd.
- National Freeway 3: exit at the Muzha Interchange to Xinhai Rd.
- The arena has a paid underground parking lot, with entrances on Xinsheng S. Rd. and Xinhai Rd.
Parking nearby is tight on match days, so allow extra time to find a spot and to leave after the game.
Coming from Outside Taipei
- Take the High Speed Rail (HSR) or Taiwan Railway to Taipei Main Station, then transfer to the MRT Songshan–Xindian Line to Taipower Building Station or Gongguan Station.
- When you buy a match ticket, you can add an HSR ticket at 5% off (either the departure or arrival station must be Taipei). See the ticketing page for details.

We announce each game's start time, entry time, and match-day events in advance.
Before You Leave
- Check what time the game starts and when entry opens.
- Have your ticket or e-ticket ready. For e-tickets, make sure your phone is charged and has an internet connection.
- Check the pre-game announcement for the entrance location and that day's events.
- Wear orange or bring your cheering gear.
- Once the game starts, the pace is fast and there's not much time to buy food, so bring a small snack or eat something before you come.
At the Arena
- One ticket per person. Follow the signs and line up for ticket checks.
- Free Seats are unreserved seating; in all other sections, please sit in the seat shown on your ticket.
- If you need to step out during the game, remember to get a re-entry stamp so you can come back in.
- If you can't find the entrance or your seat, just ask the on-site staff.
- Before and after the game, be sure to stop by the booths and merchandise shop to see if there's an event or item you like.
- Friendly cheering: we respect and welcome visiting team fans, but we're not giving up the win.
Spectator Etiquette
- Standing to cheer is allowed, but please be careful not to block the view of people behind you. Please do not lean on the railings.
- When we score, cheer loud together.
- When the opponent serves, please stay quiet.
- When we serve, tap your clapper fan along with the crowd's rhythm.
- Keep cheering gear and personal belongings out of the aisles.

HOW TO CHEERNever done it before? No problem. Just join in with everyone.
One Flame. New Era.
Let's light up our home arena together
Volleyball moves fast, and so does the cheering, back and forth. Shout along with the crowd, and you're part of our home arena.
VOLLEYBALL 101Understand volleyball rules in three minutes
Tap each card to watch the animation, and it'll all make sense. You can enjoy the game without knowing the rules, but knowing these few things makes it even more fun.
Six players per team
The Setter is the playmaker who decides who gets the ball; the Outside Hitter handles both attack and defense; the Opposite lines up opposite the setter and is the main source of firepower; the Middle Blocker works at the net on quick attacks and blocking.
The player in a different-colored jersey is the Libero, a specialist in serve receive and defense who cannot attack or block.
Every rally ends with a point for one team
If the ball lands in the opponent's court, the opponent hits the ball out, or the opponent touches the net or commits a fault, we get 1 point.
The team that wins the point serves next, so both the serving and receiving teams can score.
Best of five
In the first four sets, the first team to 25 points wins the set; in the fifth (deciding) set, the first to 15 points wins. Every set must be won by a 2-point lead.
A match lasts about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the number of sets.
The ball must go over the net within three touches
The usual rhythm is receive, set, attack. A touch on the block does not count toward the three.
The same player cannot hit the ball twice in a row.
Win back the serve, rotate one spot
Each time a team wins the serve back from the opponent, the whole team rotates one position clockwise, so every player takes turns in the front and back rows.
That's why the same player sometimes spikes at the net and sometimes defends in the back row.
League Points
A 3-0 or 3-1 win earns 3 points; a 3-2 win earns 2 points; a 2-3 loss earns 1 point; a 1-3 or 0-3 loss earns no points.
Standings are decided first by number of wins, then by league points, set ratio, and point ratio.

FAQWhat first-timers ask most
Have other questions? Reach out through our official LINE account or Contact Us. We're happy to help.
It depends on the number of sets, about 1.5 to 2.5 hours. A full five-set match takes a bit longer, so allow some extra time when planning your trip home.
Yes. Children 110 cm or taller need a ticket. Each ticket holder may bring one child under 110 cm free of charge, but no seat is provided (for example, the child sits on a parent's lap or in a stroller). If your child needs a seat, please purchase a separate ticket. Children may be brought into all 4F sections; on 3F, only the Ninja Bunny Throne is open to them, and for safety reasons, children without seats are not admitted to other 3F sections.
Up to 4 tickets per order. The person placing the order must be the credit card holder; if you need to use a family member's card, the cardholder must register as a member and place the order in their own name. For 20 or more tickets, please inquire about group tickets.
Except for the 4F Free Seats, which are unreserved seating, all sections are reserved seating. Please sit in the seat shown on your ticket.
Yes. For refunds due to personal reasons, please apply through FamiTicket at least 7 days before match day (not counting match day). A handling fee of 10% of the ticket price applies, and the convenience store pickup fee is non-refundable. No handling fee is charged if the match is postponed or canceled due to weather or force majeure. See the Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued. If you chose convenience store pickup, we recommend picking up your tickets on match day on your way to the arena to reduce the chance of losing them. For e-tickets, please make sure your phone is charged and connected to the internet.
Yes. When leaving, get a re-entry stamp at the exit and show it to re-enter; leaving without a stamp is treated as leaving the venue for good.
You're welcome to take photos, but please do not use flash, as it can affect the players on court. Telephoto lenses of 300mm or longer and tripods of any kind are not permitted inside.
Our home arena is indoors and is not affected by the weather. If a match is changed due to a typhoon or other force majeure, we will announce it on our website and official social media. You can use your original ticket to attend the rescheduled match or apply for a full refund.
Not at all. Lots of people come on their own. Cheering is something everyone does together, and once you sit down, you'll quickly get swept up in the atmosphere.
Membership gives you status in the EAST POWER Ninja Village (Elder, Jounin, Chuunin, or Genin), with benefits such as priority ticket access, merchandise discounts, and member gifts.
