Season Passes go on sale in three stages: a priority sale for returning Season Pass holders, a priority sale for EAST POWER Ninja Village members, and the general sale. Both priority sales use a code system, and each code is valid for 1 pass.

FAQ
Which games does the Season Pass include?
All 16 regular season home games, with a fixed seat. Playoff tickets are sold separately, and EAST POWER Ninja Village members receive Priority Ticket Access for the playoffs (order based on membership tier).
I have a 2025-26 Season Pass. How do I buy during the priority sale?
From Sep 22 to Sep 24, you can choose your seat early in time slots based on your original pass type. First enter your details on the Priority Code Lookup site to confirm your code, available time slot, and eligible sections. Each code can be verified and used to purchase 1 seat, 1 time only, and becomes invalid once checkout is completed in any time slot.
Can I buy a Season Pass without a membership?
Yes. Once the general sale opens on Oct 2, all fans can purchase the remaining seats. To choose your seat earlier, you can first join the EAST POWER Ninja Village and buy during your tier's time slot from Sep 30 to Oct 1, with up to 1 pass per member code.
Can I transfer my Season Pass to a friend?
The Season Pass is a reserved-seat, non-personalized ticket, so it can be transferred to friends or family; present it at entry as required on site. Identity-based benefits such as the exclusive ID badge and Thank-You Roll listing belong to the purchaser.
What is the difference between seats with and without backrests?
The 3F Ninja Bunny Throne has sofa seating; the East / West Cheer Seats, Bond Seats (East / West), South Guardian Seats, and the 4F Watchtower Festival Seats and Watchtower Seats have backrests; and the 3F South Camp Seats, South Festival Seats, and East / West Camp Seats are benches without backrests. How do I collect my Season Pass gifts? How do I customize my jersey?
Season Pass gifts can be collected at the on-site Information Desk during the first week of the home season by presenting your Season Pass. The 26-27 primary jersey included with the Ninja Bunny Throne and East / West Cheer Seats can be customized with an English name and number; after purchase, we will collect your details by email or direct message.
How do I use the Ho-ya Cup offer?
This season, bring your Ho-ya Cup to the Ho-ya Bar at our home arena to enjoy a special cocktail price of NT$199 per cup (regular price NT$350). Every pass type comes with one Ho-ya Cup.
