Availability is subject to the stock shown on each product page, while supplies last. When renewing for the following year, Genin members may upgrade to Chuunin, and Chuunin members to Jounin. A single account may hold different tiers at the same time; benefits are granted based on the highest tier held in the current year.

On Sep 15, 36 members are first drawn from 1st-priority registrants; if there are fewer than 36, the remaining spots are filled in order of priority. All registrants who are not selected are placed on the waitlist by priority first, and at random within the same priority. If a selected member does not pay by the deadline, the spot is offered to the next person on the waitlist in order, who is notified individually. 2025-26 Genin members and general fans are not eligible to register for this draw.

For each eligibility pathway above, both the membership and Season Pass requirements must be met; neither alone is sufficient. Those who hold only a membership without purchasing a 2026-27 Season Pass will not obtain the corresponding Elder Draw or renewal eligibility for next season. Elder members this season who have not purchased a Full Season Pass are likewise not automatically entitled to automatic renewal. FAQ
Which tier is right for me?
There's no single right answer; it depends on how you want to support the team. If you're just getting started and want to experience the Home Arena atmosphere first, Genin (NT$999) is the easiest option. If you want to secure Season Passes and get ahead for the Playoffs, Season Pass priority access starts from Chuunin (NT$2,888). If you want exclusive experiences such as the certification ceremony and birthday videos, Jounin (NT$4,888) offers the most complete package and is also the path to Elder. Elder (NT$14,888) is limited to 36 spots and allocated by draw, and you must first become a Jounin member to have a chance. If you're truly unsure, Chuunin is usually the best place to start.
How long is membership valid?
Membership is annual. It is valid from the date your payment is completed until the day before the next year's EAST POWER Ninja Village membership sale begins, so you can enjoy member benefits at home games throughout the season (actual dates are subject to announcements on the official website).
Can I get a membership without buying a Season Pass? Can I buy a Season Pass without a membership?
Yes to both; the two are not bundled. With a membership alone, you still get member priority access for the Regular Season. Without a membership, you can still buy Season Passes and single-game tickets once general sales open; you just won't have priority access or exclusive member perks.
Can I buy a membership for a friend?
We recommend that everyone buy their own. Memberships are linked to the holder's personal ID, which will be verified when buying Season Passes and joining events, so buying your own avoids any issues. If you want to join together, invite your friends to sign up individually and come to the games together for an even more exciting experience.
Can I upgrade or change my tier after purchase?
In principle, memberships are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, and tiers cannot be changed by paying the difference, so please confirm the tier you want before ordering. However, a single account may hold different tiers at the same time (for example, buying Genin first and then adding Jounin), and benefits are automatically granted at the highest tier. For the next season, every tier comes with priority renewal and upgrade rights: Genin can move up to Chuunin, and Chuunin to Jounin, one step at a time.
Are 2025-26 Chuunin members guaranteed an upgrade to Jounin? Do I need to rush?
No need to rush. If you were a Chuunin member in the 2025-26 season and renew as a Jounin member during the Early Bird period (Sep 14, 12:00 to Sep 15, Taiwan time, UTC+8), your upgrade is guaranteed; we have already reserved spots for you. Take your time and review everything before placing your order.
I'm a 2025-26 Chuunin member. Can I enter the Elder Draw directly?
Yes. During the Early Bird sale on Sep 14, first upgrade to Jounin and select "Jounin – Elder Draw Registration" to complete your registration. Your draw priority is 4th. Even if you are not selected, you lose nothing: you are already a 2026-27 Jounin member, and the NT$4,888 you paid is your Jounin fee.
What happens if I register for the Elder Draw but am not selected?
You remain a 2026-27 Jounin member. The NT$4,888 serves as your Jounin fee, and you receive the full Jounin benefits. You will also be placed on the waitlist by priority and notified in order if someone gives up their spot. Please note in advance: if you choose a refund of your Jounin membership after not being selected, you will not be eligible to enter the Elder Draw for the next two years (i.e., during the membership sales held each September), so please consider this carefully.
Is there a limit on how many tickets members can buy?
Member priority access is counted per member code: 1 Season Pass per code and 4 Regular Season single-game tickets per code. During the general sale, each fan may buy up to 4 tickets per game. If you want to bring more friends, simply buy additional tickets once the general sale opens.
Are member-exclusive events open only to the member themselves?
Member events use real-name registration, so please attend in person as yourself. Season Passes are unnamed, assigned-seat tickets that can be transferred to friends and family; simply present identification at entry in accordance with on-site rules.
Will I still receive birthday perks if my birthday falls in the off-season?
Yes. Birthday perks are prepared year-round and sent in your birthday month, regardless of the season schedule. For Jounin and Elder members, specific Tokki Cutie members cannot currently be requested for the birthday video message; each member puts care into recording their messages, so please enjoy it as a little surprise.
How do I receive my gifts and membership card?
Physical gifts and your membership card are handed out on site the first time you attend a game at the Home Arena, so we can thank you in person. If you really can't make it, please send a direct message to TAIPEI EAST POWER's official account and we'll work out a solution together.
