Game Operations Assistant | Be part of every exciting moment of TAIPEI EAST POWER's matches!

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Game Operations Assistant with a passion for volleyball to join the operations team of TAIPEI EAST POWER Professional Volleyball Club.

This is a key on-site role in which you will work with the entire team to deliver professional matches. You will be closely involved in planning and running the team's home matches, on-site events, and related game operations, serving as a behind-the-scenes driving force that keeps every match running smoothly, and working with coaches, players, the cheer team, and staff to create the smoothest and most exciting in-venue experience.

If you have strong on-site execution skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt on the spot, and above all, if you are willing to bring passion and focus to every match, we would love to have you join us!

What You Will Do
Match Day and Venue Operations
Assist with on-site coordination for the team's home matches and friendly matches, including game control, player flow, and spectator guidance.
Assist with pre-match venue setup, in-match event support, and post-match venue restoration.
Assist in handling unexpected situations, maintaining order on site, and keeping to the schedule.

Game Operations and Logistics Support
Assist with preparing and distributing supplies (credentials, apparel, cheering props, etc.).
Assist with staff scheduling, volunteer communication, coordination with the logistics team, and entry arrangements.
Support sponsor activations, cheer team arrangements, and media hosting as required by the club.

Administration and Documentation
Assist in creating and updating match run sheets, task assignments, and operating guidelines.
Assist with photo and video documentation, data collection, reporting on-site issues, and compiling materials for post-event review meetings.
Assist in liaising with the league, venues, and other relevant organizations.

From venue setup to the first serve, and from cheering to wrap-up, you will take part in and carry out every step yourself.

Make quick decisions and provide support in a fast-paced environment, strengthening your on-the-spot problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Learn from mistakes and by doing, and grow together with the entire match operations team.

Work side by side with coaches, players, the cheer team, and the behind-the-scenes crew, and build your own experience in the sports industry.
Your efforts will become the in-venue excitement that fans and spectators feel.

Working Hours
Regular working hours are 9:00–18:00 Taiwan time (UTC+8), with flexible working hours available.
During matches and events, you will be required to work on weekends and holidays, work evening overtime, or adjust your shifts (compensatory time off will be provided).

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Detail-oriented and responsible, with a high level of patience and organization in paperwork and administrative tasks.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with various departments and people.
Proficiency in Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
An interest in the sports industry and the ability to handle a faster pace and higher pressure during the season.

Preferred Qualifications

• 有志工管理、現場支援、表演活動安排等經驗。

Marketing Manager | Help TAIPEI EAST POWER reach more people!

We are looking for a sharp-minded Marketing Manager with strong planning, communication, and integration skills to join the core team of TAIPEI EAST POWER Professional Volleyball Club.

This is a brand-building journey with volleyball as the stage. You will take the team from the court to the wider world, help build its brand image, develop and execute marketing plans, and bring together player and cheer team resources. You will also serve as a key point of contact for sponsors, media, and partners, helping more people get to know us, like us, come out to the arena, and become our fans.

If you have strategic vision and creative execution skills, can generate maximum buzz with limited resources, and are willing to roll up your sleeves and see every task through yourself, we would be thrilled to have you join us!

What You Will Do
Lead Brand and Marketing Planning
Lead the development of annual and seasonal marketing strategies, write proposals, and manage the pace of execution.
Coordinate player, cheer team, and match resources to plan marketing campaigns suited to different channels and audiences.
Establish the brand style, visual language, and tone of external communications to strengthen the team's recognition and consistency.

Sponsor and Partner Liaison
Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors: respond to their needs, arrange exposure, and provide proposals and reports.
Work with companies to develop sponsorship content and resource-exchange arrangements, increasing partnership value and building long-term relationships.
Help design pricing packages and sponsorship proposal presentations (PPT / PDF / Google Slides).

Integrated Event and Media Marketing
Plan and execute a variety of marketing events (such as meet-and-greets, limited-edition giveaways, and theme weeks).
Write marketing copy (including social media posts, press releases, and profiles) and coordinate design and production.
Work with external media and PR partners to drive news coverage and word-of-mouth marketing for the team.

Performance Tracking and Reporting
Analyze the performance of events and social media, and propose improvements.
Compile and report sponsorship results (photos, exposure data, audience reach, engagement, etc.).
