Eligible members must first purchase a Jounin membership and enter the Elder Draw → Draw results announced on Sep 15 → Selected applicants pay the difference of NT$10,000 within 24 hours, after which they are officially upgraded to Elder membership.

Elder renewal eligibility: hold both an Elder membership and a Full-Season Pass in the 2026-27 season
Elder Draw eligibility: hold both a Jounin membership and a Season Pass in the 2026-27 season
Both requirements must be met; neither may be omitted. Those who hold only a membership without purchasing a 2026-27 Season Pass will not obtain the corresponding Elder renewal or draw eligibility next season. Please be sure to complete your purchase while Season Passes are on sale.

Draw method: There are no phases. All entrants complete their entry on a single day, Sep 14, and on Sep 15, 36 members are drawn in a single draw by eligibility priority and a Waitlist is established.

Between 12:00 and 23:59 Taiwan time (UTC+8) on Sep 14, go to the Jounin membership product page and select “Jounin + Elder Draw Entry” to complete your Jounin renewal (or Chuunin upgrade) and your draw entry.

Elder Membership Draw Process
STEP 1 | Confirm your eligibility and priority Confirm that you are a 2025-26 Jounin or Chuunin member, and check “Draw Priority and Waitlist” to see your priority level.
STEP 2 | Go to the Jounin product page Visit the Jounin membership product page between 12:00 and 23:59 Taiwan time (UTC+8) on Sep 14.
STEP 3 | Complete your entry Select “Jounin + Elder Draw Entry” and pay NT$4,888 to complete your Jounin renewal (or Chuunin upgrade) and your Elder Draw entry.
STEP 4 | Await the draw and complete payment The draw will be held by eligibility priority and results announced on Sep 15. Selected applicants will receive a notification and a link to a dedicated product page, and must pay the difference of NT$10,000 within 24 hours; upon payment, they are officially upgraded to Elder membership. If payment is not made by the deadline, the spot passes to the Waitlist in priority order.

Draw method: On Sep 15, 36 members will first be drawn from 1st Priority entrants. If there are fewer than 36 1st Priority entrants, all of them will be selected, and the remaining spots will be drawn from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Priority levels in that order.
Waitlist: All entrants not selected will be placed on a Waitlist ordered first by priority level and then randomly within the same level. If a Selected applicant does not complete payment by the deadline, the spot will be offered to the Waitlist in order; individual notification shall prevail.
2025-26 Genin members and general fans are not eligible to enter this draw. If the total number of entrants is still under 36, subsequent availability and rules will be announced separately by TAIPEI EAST POWER.

Elder membership is selected by draw and limited to 36 members. Eligibility to enter is limited to 2025-26 Jounin members or 2025-26 Chuunin members. The draw follows eligibility priority: 1st Priority: Jounin + Full-Season Pass; 2nd Priority: Jounin + Half-Season Pass; 3rd Priority: Jounin (no Season Pass); 4th Priority: Chuunin. 2025-26 Genin members and general fans are not eligible to enter.
Complete your entry by selecting “Jounin + Elder Draw Entry” on the Jounin membership product page between 12:00 and 23:59 Taiwan time (UTC+8) on Sep 14. There are no phases and no need to rush to buy; the draw will be held and results announced by eligibility priority on Sep 15.
Selected members will receive a notification and a link to a dedicated product page, and must place the order and pay the difference of NT$10,000 within 24 hours of notification; if not completed by the deadline, the spot will pass to the Waitlist in priority order. The Waitlist consists of all entrants not selected, ordered first by priority level and then randomly within the same level; members will be notified individually when a spot is offered.
Those not selected retain their 2026-27 Jounin membership (those upgrading from Chuunin obtain Jounin membership); the NT$4,888 already paid is applied as the Jounin membership fee, and Jounin member benefits remain unchanged. Those who choose a refund of their Jounin membership after not being selected will lose Elder Draw eligibility for the next two years.
If a member selected for Elder fails to complete payment within 24 hours for reasons other than force majeure, or voluntarily forfeits eligibility, they will be deemed to have forfeited Elder Draw eligibility for the next two years.
Eligibility for 2027-28 season Elder renewal requires holding both an Elder membership and a Full-Season Pass in the 2026-27 season; eligibility for the 2027-28 season Elder Draw requires holding both a Jounin membership and a Season Pass in the 2026-27 season. All requirements must be met in full.
Membership, member benefits, and Elder Draw rights are for the member's personal use only and may not be transferred, lent, or otherwise made available to others.
Member priority ticket sales operate on a member code system: during the Season Pass priority sale, each code may be used to purchase up to 1 Season Pass; during the Regular Season single-game ticket priority sale, each code may be used to purchase up to 4 tickets.
The draw first selects 36 members from 1st Priority entrants; if there are not enough, remaining spots are filled by priority order. If the total number of entrants is still under 36, subsequent availability and rules will be announced separately by TAIPEI EAST POWER.
