2026-2027 TAIPEI EAST POWER Cheer Team Tokki Cutie Audition Rules and Terms of Participation
1. Audition Process
Stage 1 | Online Open Call Registration
Registration period: July 20, 2026 (Mon) to August 2, 2026 (Sun)
Expected number of candidates advancing: 20
Selection method: The club's internal judges will conduct an eligibility review and overall evaluation based on the application materials submitted by each candidate.
Advancement notification: On August 11, 2026 (Tue), candidates who advance will be notified by email, and the list of candidates advancing to Stage 2 will be announced through official channels.
Stage 2 | Lang Live Online Popularity Vote and Livestream Event
Event period: August 13, 2026 (Thu) to August 24, 2026 (Mon)
Participants: The 20 candidates who advanced from Stage 1
Expected number advancing to the finals: 12
Platform: Lang Live
Stage 2 candidates must set up an event account as instructed by the organizer and Lang Live. The account name must follow the format "Stage Name_EAST POWER TC Girl" (the suffix must be entered in Chinese exactly as shown on the Chinese version of this page), e.g., "So-Young Lee_EAST POWER TC Girl".
During the event period, each candidate must accumulate at least 60 minutes of valid livestreaming time on Lang Live, which may be completed over multiple sessions. Livestreaming time is based on the records of Lang Live's back-end system.
The livestreaming rules, event points, popularity voting, and ranking calculation methods for this stage are subject to the content published on Lang Live's official event page.
Based on the results of this stage, 12 finalists will be selected, and the list of finalists will be announced on August 25, 2026 (Tue).
The results of the Stage 2 Lang Live livestream popularity vote will be retained and carried over to Stage 3, accounting for 35% of the final total score.
If a candidate fails to complete the minimum livestreaming time, violates platform rules, or engages in any conduct that affects the fairness of the event, the organizer may revoke their advancement or eligibility to participate.
Stage 3 | In-Person Finals and Stage Evaluation
Finals date: August 27, 2026 (Thu)
Finals venue: Taipei City; the exact venue and check-in time will be announced separately
Number of participants: 12
Expected number of successful candidates: 5
Finals Performance Items
• Dance performance to a song of your choice
• Dance performance to a designated song
• Individual talent showcase, limited to 1 minute
Details on the designated song, performance sections, time limit for the song of your choice, audio file format, and submission deadline will be provided separately to finalists.
Final Total Score Calculation
Important: The results of the Stage 2 Lang Live livestream popularity vote not only serve as the basis for selecting the top 12, but will also be retained and carried over to the Stage 3 in-person finals, accounting for 35% of the final total score. Stage 2 results will not be reset upon entering Stage 3; therefore, each candidate's livestream performance and popularity vote results in Stage 2 will directly affect their final ranking.
The final total score is calculated as follows:
• Stage 2 Lang Live livestream popularity vote: 35%
• Club and Lang Live judging panel: 30%
• OM Entertainment judging panel: 20%
• On-site audience vote: 15%
The Club and Lang Live judging panel and the OM Entertainment judging panel will each score on site based on the following criteria:
• Dance performance to a song of your choice: 30%
• Dance performance to a designated song: 30%
• Individual talent showcase: 20%
• Stage presence and live performance: 20%
The scores of the two judging panels account for 30% and 20% of the final total score, respectively.
The results of the Stage 2 Lang Live livestream popularity vote will be converted according to the event rules and carried over into the final total score, accounting for 35%; the on-site audience vote accounts for 15% of the final total score. The methods for score conversion, determination of valid votes, tie-breaking, and filling vacancies are subject to the rules announced by the organizer and Lang Live before the event begins.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age as of August 2, 2026.
Applicants of any nationality are welcome. Foreign nationals who are ultimately selected must be legally eligible to work in Taiwan, or meet the requirements for a partner organization to apply for the relevant work permit in accordance with the law.
Cheerleading experience is not required, but applicants should have basic dance skills. Experience in dance, hosting, entertainment, running personal media channels, or livestreaming is a plus.
Applicants must be able to take part in dance training, on-site cheering, marketing events, photo and video shoots, livestreams, and other collaborative work, and be able to safely complete the related performances and work requirements.
At the time of application, applicants must not be bound by any exclusive contract, or any contract containing exclusivity provisions, with another volleyball team, talent agency, or livestreaming platform that would prevent them from completing this audition or fulfilling their cooperation obligations if selected.
During the audition period, applicants may not, without the organizer's consent, sign any talent management, volleyball cheering, or exclusive livestreaming contract that conflicts with this event.
Application materials must be true and complete. Applicants may not use another person's identity or submit forged, altered, or materially false materials.
Applicants must not engage in any serious illegal or improper conduct that could affect the safety of the event, the rights of others, work integrity, or the credibility of the club.
As Tokki Cutie members will represent the club in public matches, fan interactions, brand collaborations, photo and video shoots, and livestreams, the organizer may, before final selection and to the extent necessary and legitimately and reasonably related to job safety, integrity, and public interaction, conduct identity and background checks, and may ask prospective successful candidates to present the necessary supporting documents.
If a candidate intentionally conceals a serious illegal act or criminal record or provides false information, or is found to have been involved in violence, sexual violence, fraud, drugs, violations of the rights and interests of children and adolescents, or any other circumstance that could seriously affect the safety of the event, the rights of others, work integrity, or the image of the club, the organizer may revoke their eligibility to participate, advance, or be selected.
3. Application Method and Requirements for Materials
Please complete the online application form and upload your materials within the registration period.
After completing your application, please add the Tokki Cutie Audition LINE Official Account as a friend and send your "contestant name" to confirm your application status.

If application materials are incomplete, in the wrong format, or illegible, the organizer may ask the applicant to make corrections within a specified period; if the corrections are not completed by the deadline, the organizer may decline to accept the application or revoke the applicant's eligibility.
If the photos submitted by a candidate do not meet the requirements for producing event materials, the organizer may ask the candidate to resubmit within a specified period. If the candidate does not resubmit by the deadline, the candidate agrees to and authorizes the organizer's selection, from the public social media accounts provided in the application materials, of photos publicly posted by the candidate in which the candidate is the main subject, for use in this audition, the online vote, the in-person finals, and related promotional materials, and authorizes the organizer to crop, color-adjust, add text to, lay out, or otherwise edit such photos as necessary for material production.
Candidates must confirm that the photos they submit, as well as the images, likenesses, and other visual content in their videos, are materials they have the right to use and license, or for which they have obtained the lawful consent of the photographer, copyright holder, and other relevant rights holders.
Candidates may freely choose their own song and must submit the performance audio in the format and by the deadline specified by the organizer. The audio will be used only for application review, rehearsal, the in-person finals, and judging for this audition. If the organizer later needs to publicly release footage of the performance, it may mute, replace, shorten, or otherwise process the audio track as necessary in accordance with copyright law and platform rules.
4. Terms of Cooperation After Final Selection
Successful candidates must sign an exclusive Tokki Cutie volleyball cheering cooperation contract with OM Entertainment within the specified period; those who fail to sign by the deadline will be deemed to have waived their selection.
After selection, successful candidates must take part in training, match cheering, marketing and promotion, brand events, photo and video shoots, and other related work arranged by the club and its partners.
Successful candidates must complete the designated number of livestreaming days and hours each month on Lang Live in accordance with the formal contract, and comply with the rules of the Lang Live platform and related events.
During the cooperation period, without the prior written consent of the club and OM Entertainment, successful candidates may not serve as cheerleaders or cheering members for any other volleyball team, nor take part in cheering activities for other volleyball teams or in volleyball-related performances of a substantially competing nature.
Successful candidates must fulfill their exclusive Lang Live livestreaming obligations in accordance with the formal contract.
Without prior written consent, they may not sign exclusive cooperation contracts, or cooperation contracts containing exclusivity provisions, with other competing livestreaming platforms, nor conduct personal livestreams that conflict with this exclusive cooperation.
Rights and obligations regarding the cooperation period, remuneration, training and attendance obligations, livestreaming days and hours, livestream revenue sharing, leave procedures, use of likeness, breach of contract, termination of cooperation, and other matters are subject to the terms of the formal cooperation contract.
5. Personal Data and Use of Likeness
Candidates agree that the organizer, the executing organizations, and the event partner platforms may, to the extent necessary for this audition, event records, and Tokki Cutie-related promotion, use the name, stage name, likeness, voice, performances, livestreams, and audiovisual content provided by the candidate or generated during the event.
Such content may be used on the official website, social media platforms, event pages, livestreams, press releases, media reports, event records, and Tokki Cutie-related promotional materials.
Any use involving merchandising, commercial endorsements, or purposes beyond this audition and Tokki Cutie promotion shall be handled separately under the formal cooperation contract or an individual written authorization.
The collection, processing, and use of personal data are subject to the personal data notice attached to the application form.
6. Disqualification and Event Changes
The organizer may revoke a candidate's application, participation, advancement, or selection in any of the following circumstances:
Using another person's identity or providing materially false information.
Manipulating votes or event results through bots, fake accounts, improper transactions, or other means.
Infringing on the portrait rights, copyrights, or other rights of third parties.
Engaging in violence, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or other conduct that infringes on the rights of others.
Violating the rules of the Lang Live platform or these audition rules.
Being absent from events without good reason, refusing to cooperate with necessary procedures, or seriously disrupting the event.
Any other serious circumstance that could affect the safety or fairness of the event, work integrity, or the image of the club.
If the organizer needs to change the date, venue, format, or other details of the event due to force majeure, changes in laws or regulations, venue changes, platform system malfunctions, or other significant reasons, the changes will be announced through official channels.
The organizer reserves the right of final review over eligibility, violations, and selection results. Changes involving scoring methods, eligibility for selection, or other matters that materially affect candidates' rights will, in principle, not apply retroactively.
