Ching Chuan Eatery combines Taiwanese street food with a casual bar culture. In the morning, it serves steamed buns with meat and egg, along with soy milk; for lunch and dinner, it offers traditional dishes such as braised pork rice and chicken soup, plus a relaxing space to enjoy draft beer.
The name "Ching Chuan" comes from the founder's grandfather, Chen Ching-Chuan, who loved farming, sought new knowledge, and dared to innovate and take risks. From working in the fields to running a farm in the United States, his spirit became the soul of the brand.
Carrying on his spirit of "perseverance and innovation," Ching Chuan Eatery is dedicated to promoting and reviving Taiwanese street food culture. As its first venture, the brand has opened a street-side shop in partnership with CHECK inn Hotel on Xiangyang Road in Zhongzheng District, Taipei, and plans to open five locations in Taipei within three years and expand overseas in 2028.
