The coaches and players are partners I know well and trust, and beyond that, I want to use my professional expertise to contribute to Taiwanese volleyball. Helping improve the overall environment on the professional stage is something I have always wanted to do.

Self-discipline, along with adaptability.

I want to create one great game-day experience after another, so that fans stay because of an emotional connection. That in turn raises the players' commercial value and ultimately makes the whole volleyball ecosystem healthier.

Maybe one day, a child in Taiwan will tell their mom and dad, "When I grow up, I want to play volleyball."
And their parents will support them, because they know that a group of people in Taiwan has already laid the groundwork for that path.
