NEWS NEWS NEWS
[Taipei, July 1, 2025]
TAIPEI EAST POWER Professional Volleyball Club held its opening training ceremony today (Jul 1), officially launching preparations for the 2025 Taiwan Professional Volleyball League (TPVL) season. On a familiar court, the players put on matching practice uniforms, introduced themselves, and set out their goals for the new season, marking a fresh start for the team.
During the ceremony, the coaching staff shared the season's training direction and the team's development blueprint, stressing "speed, chemistry, and belief" as core principles. The captain then rallied morale with a clear slogan, and the streamers thrown into the air announced that EAST POWER's 2025 season had officially begun.
Unlike a large public event, this internal opening ceremony was more like a promise the team made to itself, reaffirming their shared goals, attitude, and beliefs. From the matching uniforms and the full set of training gear to the understanding and encouragement exchanged in the players' glances, everything showed EAST POWER's preparation and determination for the new season.
TAIPEI EAST POWER Head Coach LEE Kuo-Yuan said: "We are now welcoming a historic year for Taiwanese volleyball, the first year of professional volleyball. This is where the dream begins."
2025 is the first year of professional volleyball in Taiwan. As one of the four founding teams, TAIPEI EAST POWER is responsible not only for results on the court but also for helping volleyball culture enter a new era. With nimble footwork, a steadfast attitude, and the focus of a ninja, EAST POWER will leave Taipei's mark on every match.
The new season is about to begin, and TAIPEI EAST POWER is ready.
