2026-27 TAIPEI EAST POWER Cheer Team Tokki Cutie Audition Results Announced! Cheerleaders from Pro Baseball and Basketball Compete as Our Strongest Lineup Gets Ready for October Home Games

The much-anticipated audition for new members of TAIPEI EAST POWER's cheer team, Tokki Cutie, for the 2026–27 season came to a successful close with the in-person finals on August 27, following more than a month of intense judging and a fierce online popularity contest. This year's audition drew many cheerleaders with experience cheering for professional baseball and basketball teams, as well as talented contestants who had appeared on talent shows, making for an extremely competitive field. In the end, Ningning, Meimei, Kelly, Rourou, and MOMO stood out to become the five official members. In addition, in light of the contestants' outstanding performances and after repeated discussions between the club and OM Entertainment, we decided to make an exception and create a new "Trainee" position, welcoming three promising young women, Xixi, Dolly, and Chenxi, into the TAIPEI EAST POWER family!

Crossover Talent Gathers as the Finals Stage Turns into a Major Talent Show

This year's Tokki Cutie audition was held in three stages: the "Online Open Call," the "Lang Live Online Popularity Vote and Livestream," and finally the "In-Person Finals and Stage Evaluation." On the finals stage, each of the top 12 contestants performed dances to a song of their choice and a designated song, and presented a one-minute personal talent showcase. The judging panel, made up of representatives from the club, Lang Live, and OM Entertainment, conducted a comprehensive evaluation that combined audience voting at the venue with Lang Live livestream popularity results, which accounted for as much as 35% of the total.

With such a strong field of applicants, including current and former cheerleaders from professional baseball and basketball as well as young women who got their start on talent shows, the judges faced an outstanding lineup that was hard to narrow down. After much deliberation and discussion, they selected five official bunnies, along with three trainees to bring even more energy and future potential to the team.

🏐 New Lineup Assembled to Cheer Passionately at Late-October Home Games

The selected members will next sign talent management contracts with OM Entertainment for their work with the club and immediately begin intensive professional training under a comprehensive entertainment program that includes game-day cheer training, marketing and promotion, photo and video shoots, and Lang Live livestreams.

TAIPEI EAST POWER's first home game of the new season will get underway in late October! There, the eight new Tokki Cutie members and trainees will officially meet the fans on court. We look forward to seeing them stand shoulder to shoulder with all our fans, energizing the arena with passionate cheering and becoming the strongest source of support for our players on the court!
