[Notice] 2026-2027 Season "Ticket Voucher" Terms of Use and Redemption Guide

To ensure a pleasant spectator experience, all fans holding a 2026-2027 Season "Ticket Voucher" issued by the Team (hereinafter the "Voucher") are asked to read the following redemption instructions and notes carefully:

1. Scope and Season

Applicable season: Regular-season home games of the Team in the 2026-2027 season (playoffs, exhibition games, and games not hosted by the Team are excluded).

Applicable venue: TAIPEI EAST POWER Home Arena, National Taiwan University Sports Center.

2. Seating Area and Benefits

1. Designated area: This Voucher may be exchanged only for one admission ticket for "2F Rear Section Unreserved Seating."
2. Seating: Tickets are collected on site; seats cannot be designated or selected. After entry, please take any available seat within that area.
3. Upgrades: This Voucher is a gift/benefit for a specific program and may not be upgraded, or exchanged for any other seating area, by paying an additional charge or the price difference.

3. Redemption Process and Location

1. Redemption location: On game day, please go to the "Home Arena Box Office" to redeem your Voucher.
2. Redemption hours: From the opening of the box office on game day until the end of the second set (halftime) (we recommend arriving early to avoid delays in entering the venue).
3. Verification: Please present the "original physical Voucher." Once it has been verified by on-site staff, it will be exchanged for a physical ticket for that game, which is required for entry.

Note: This Voucher does not support reservations through any online system, nor verification on site by name or phone number. Please be sure to bring the physical Voucher.

4. Validity and Anti-Counterfeiting Terms

1. Stamp authentication: This Voucher is valid only if the organizer's "Official Authentication Stamp" is affixed to its back. Vouchers without the stamp, or with a stamp that is too blurred to be identified, will not be accepted for redemption on site.
2. Integrity requirements: Any Voucher that has been altered, photocopied, scanned, or damaged such that key text or the stamp cannot be identified will be deemed invalid.
3. Safekeeping: This Voucher is an unregistered bearer ticket. In the event of loss, theft, damage, or fraudulent use by another person, the organizer will not reissue any proof or documentation.

5. Other Notes

1. Admission rules: Physical tickets obtained by redemption are subject to the same admission rules as set out in the Team's home game ticketing regulations.
2. Refunds and exchanges: This Voucher is a complimentary program voucher. Once it has been exchanged for a physical ticket, requests for a cash refund or cash exchange, a change of game, or a ticket return will not be accepted.
3. The Team reserves the right of final interpretation and the right to change, suspend, or terminate any details of this program. Any matters not covered herein will be announced separately on the Team's official website.
