TAIPEI EAST POWER Professional Volleyball Club officially announced today (the 14th) that French outside hitter François REBEYROL has joined the roster as one of the team's core forces for the new season! Standing 202 cm and weighing 92 kg, with a spike reach of as much as 358 cm and a block reach of 338 cm, he is not only technically complete and fierce in attack, but has also won over many fans at international competitions and Asian invitational tournaments with his deep-set eyes and handsome looks, a "Heavy-Cannon Heartthrob" with a commanding presence both on and off the court.

REBEYROL, 26, is a right-handed outside hitter who showed outstanding potential from his teenage years. He was selected for the French national youth team (France Avenir 2024), and in 2021 he was called up to the French senior national team, taking part in the European Championship (EuroVolley) and gaining valuable international experience.

In his professional career, REBEYROL played five consecutive seasons in France's top-flight Ligue A with strong clubs including AS Cannes (2019–2020), GFC Ajaccio (2020–2021), Plessis-Robinson (2021–2022), and Nice Volley-Ball (2022–2024), and in the 2024–2025 season he played for the Bulgarian traditional powerhouse Neftohimik Burgas, continuing to build up match experience and on-court intelligence in Europe's first divisions.

Beyond his extensive experience on European courts, REBEYROL is no stranger to the Asian stage. He has come to Taiwan twice for the Win Streak volleyball invitational, and in 2024 he led Cambodia's Visakha to the title as one of its players. Familiar with the rhythm and match environment of Taiwanese venues, he has shown excellent adaptability and leadership, and his steady firepower and clutch performances in that tournament played a key role in his team's championship. Now he officially moves to TAIPEI EAST POWER, ready to take on the challenge of the inaugural pro season with an even steadier and more mature game!

TAIPEI EAST POWER said: "REBEYROL is a mature outside hitter who is strong in both attack and defense. He has high-level serving, reception, and attacking skills, as well as a strong team spirit, making him an excellent role model for our young players. His arrival will give us powerful offensive support in this inaugural pro season."

REBEYROL is also looking forward to the challenge of the Taiwan professional volleyball league ahead. He said: "I am honored to become part of TAIPEI EAST POWER, and I am looking forward to stepping onto the familiar, passionate courts of Taiwan again. I hope to contribute the experience I have gained in Europe and in the Bulgarian league to the team and my teammates, and to fight for victory together!"

A European outside hitter who combines skill, experience, and charisma is about to put on the TAIPEI EAST POWER jersey and stir up another storm on the Asian stage!

EAST POWER officially welcomes the "Heavy-Cannon Heartthrob" from France: François REBEYROL!
